For authors in China, the article processing charge is collected by our authorized Chinese partner, Beijing Guoren Kechuang Technology Co., Ltd., on behalf of the journal. A Chinese VAT invoice will be issued.

Beijing Guoren Kechuang Technology Co., Ltd. serves as the authorized China settlement agent for the brand owner, managing domestic academic conference brand licensing coordination, agreement execution, and payment processing, including VAT invoice issuance.
